Deposit and Refund Policy
In order to make a reservation Guests must first pay a Reservation Deposit. Reservation Deposits are refundable, provided the Guest cancels their reservation at least 31 days prior to their scheduled Check-in and will become non refundable within 30 days of their scheduled Check-in.
Upon Guest check-in the Reservation Deposit will be held as a Security Deposit until after Guest check-out.
Security Deposits will typically be refunded within 5 business days of Guest check-out provided:
- RV spaces are undamaged, clean, free of Guest property and the electric bill has been paid in full.
- Vacation Rentals are not damaged, do not require excessive cleaning and have no missing or damaged contents.
No refunds are given for early Guest departures.
