Park Rules

Please Note:

  • Park Rules May change without further notice.
  • Rates may increase during Guest stay.
  • No refunds are given for early Guest departure.
  • Guests should retain a picture of this agreement for their records.
  1. The maximum length of time guests may stay at Bens Hitching Post is 5 consecutive months.
  2. Rent is to be pald in full on the day It Is due. Payment Is to be made by debit or credit card only.
  3. Quiet time is 10:00 pm – 8:00 am.
  4. The maximum speed limit is strictly 5 mph.
  5. All roads are one way traffic only.
  6. Only two vehlcles are allowed per site without Managers approval.
  7. Vehicle repairs and maintenance are not allowed on premises.
  8. Dirt bikes, ATVs and other loud vehicles are not allowed on premises.
  9. All RV’s are required to have non leaking sewer and water hoses.
  10. All RV’s more than 10 years old, non factory built RV’s, RV’s with after market exteriors, damaged exteriors or unusual exterlor colors, have to be approved by Manager, prior to admittance.
  11. No unlicensed vehicles are allowed on premises.
  12. Guests must abide by all local, state and federal laws.
  13. All Guest visitors must register at office upon entering premises. Visitors are not allowed to stay overnight.
  14. Trash must be placed in plastic trash bags, tied up and taken to the dumpster.
  15. No outdoor storage is allowed, sites must be kept clean and neat.
  16. Alcohol is allowed on Guest site only, unless Manager gives approval.
  17. We provide community fire pits for our Guests. No Campfires are allowed on RV or Vacation Rental sites.
  18. Loud noise and disturbing of other Guests is not allowed.
  19. Nothing may be built on, alterations made to, or anything removed from, RV sites without Manager approval.
  20. No signs, banners, flags etc are allowed on sites or RV’s, without Manager approval.
  1. Smoking is not permitted inside Vacation Rentals, Cabins or any park owned buildings.
  2. Friendly dogs under 30 pounds are allowed. No other pets are allowed, without Manager approval.
  3. Dogs must be kept on a leash when outside. Guests must pick up after their dogs. Dogs are not to be neglected.
  4. Swimming pools and hot tubs can be dangerous. There is no lifeguard on duty, use at your own risk.
  5. Pool and hot tub hours are from 9:00 am until 8:00 pm, weather permitting.
  6. Never use the swimming pool or hot tub if you see lightning or hear thunder. (water conducts electricity, a nearby lightning strike could injure or kill you)
  7. Never use the pool or hot tub if you’re not a good swimmer, alone or Intoxicated.
  8. Children under the age of 18 are not allowed in the pool area without adult supervision.
  9. Children that require diapers must wear swim dlapers in the pool and hot tub.
  10. Pets are not allowed in the pool or hot tub area.
  11. No running, jumping, diving or other dangerous activities allowed in the pool or hot tub area.
  12. No glass contalners are allowed In the pool or hot tub area.
  13. Proper swimwear is required in the pool and hot tub area.
  14. No more than 3 people are allowed in the hot tub at one time.
  15. No more than 20 people are allowed in the pool at one time.
  16. All amenities, including rec room, restrooms, swimming pool and hot tub are for registered Guests and Manager approved visitors use only.
  17. Guest should direct all questions and concerns etc with the Manager. Guests are not permitted to contact the Owners.
  18. Violation of Park Rules is grounds for immediate eviction.
